Canyon Forest: Come Visit!

Dilcher-Turner Canyon Forest in eastern Greene County is incredibly scenic. And now you can more easily visit it!

Thanks to a grant from the Utilities District of Western Indiana (UDWI) REMC Community Fund, the preserve now has a gravel parking area. Sycamore volunteers and staff have nearly completed a 1.5-mile loop trail that leads from the parking area into the preserve’s rocky ravines.

This preserve is a short drive from State Road 45 on Edwards Road just west of Greene County Line Road. Stop by to see our progress and enjoy the forest!
