Local conservation through coffee

The Pourhouse Cafe offers great coffee and food—while contributing tips to great causes. This month: land conservation in Monroe County!
If you’re a coffee drinker in Bloomington, you’ve probably checked out the many excellent local coffee shops the town offers. Did you know that The Pourhouse Cafe has a distinctive feature? It’s a nonprofit that contributes to causes around the world. Each month your tips go to a specific organization doing good work, which adds a special flavor to the coffee shop experience!
This month (June 2015), the cause is a little closer to home. A lot closer, in fact. This month’s tips will be donated to Sycamore Land Trust specifically for the Beanblossom Creek Bicentennial Conservation Area in Monroe County. That means your money helps protect land, restore habitat, and build trails for public use and enjoyment!
So, get your daily brew or have your meetings or first dates at The Pourhouse this month!
