Holiday gifts to support Sycamore
Many of us love giving gifts to our family and friends, but we shy away from materialism and unneeded clutter as we turn toward supporting local organizations and making an impact on our community. This holiday giving season, why not connect the folks on your giving list with Sycamore Land Trust? There are lots of ways you can support our work and give something meaningful and unique to your loved ones.
Thank you for your support and involvement! It means the world to us. We hope you enjoy these ideas for holiday gifts and shopping!
These exclusive Sycamore-branded items are available at locally owned Bloomington shops, and thanks to the generosity of the business owners, 100% of every sale goes directly to Sycamore! All merch is $20 apiece.

SUPPORT SYCAMORE WHEN YOU SHOP
There are lots of ways to support Sycamore while you shop, at absolutely no cost to you!
Target Circle: Sycamore is thrilled to be selected as a participant in the launch of Target Circle in Bloomington! This new program allows Target shoppers to raise funds for local nonprofits by voting with points they earn each shopping trip. It’s simple and free to sign up for Target Circle and help Sycamore! To learn more and sign up, visit target.com/circle. or read our blog post with detailed instructions.
Kroger Community Rewards: Every time you use your Kroger Plus shopping card at checkout to get discounts and gas points, you could also be directing Kroger to donate to Sycamore! Simply log in to your Kroger account and search for Sycamore Land Trust to receive your Community Rewards.
Amazon Smile: Select Sycamore Land Trust as your charity of choice for Amazon Smile. Every time you shop on Amazon, start at smile.amazon.com. Then, a portion of that shopping trip will be donated to Sycamore! It really adds up — Sycamore receives hundreds of dollars a quarter from Amazon Smile!
WAKE UP, WOODS
Wake Up, Woods is a new picture book about native spring plants. It was recently published by the Indiana Native Plant Society, with support from Sycamore Land Trust and other Indiana conservation groups. Featuring poetry by our own Shane Gibson (Environmental Education Director), botanical drawings by Sycamore member Gillian Harris, and descriptions by botanist and Sycamore member Mike Homoya, this gorgeous hardcover book is the perfect gift for kids from one to 92.
And if you can join us for our Holiday Celebration at The Fields on December 6, you can purchase a copy for the cover price of $18.95 (with a portion going to Sycamore!) and meet all three authors, who will be there to sign your book.
