Early American History Hike

Explore our region’s native past and present. We will begin by acknowledging the land’s original indigenous stewards, then discuss Native American history, culture, and practices as we hike this beautiful trail. Hike leader Amy Ransford is a historian whose research centers on Native and European peoples in the colonial Hudson River Watershed.

Come learn more about these aspects of indigenous history here in southern Indiana while experiencing the beautiful outdoors.

Parking is limited. Carpooling and meeting location TBA a week prior to event.
