Midwest Beaver Summit “Resilience Through Relationships”

We are proud to be a co-host of the third annual Midwest Beaver Summit, “Resilience Through Relationships” 🦫  This year’s summit will be a hybrid event on Thursday, June 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time, with an in-person conference at Oakton College in Des Plaines, Illinois, along with a virtual event. This year’s theme, “Resilience Through Relationships,” reflects an understanding that building relationships across a spectrum of ideologies and interests is an essential part of beaver advocacy work. Presentations will cover a variety of topics and themes, including agroforestry, beaver ecology and ecosystem services, how to write a beaver management plan for your local entity, Indigenous ecological knowledge.
