Little Hikers: Frog Calls

Hop into summer at Beanblossom Bottoms Nature Preserve as we listen for frogs across the preserve. As we walk the boardwalks and trails, we’ll look and listen for familiar wetland voices like spring peepers, chorus frogs, American toads, and northern leopard frogs, learning why they call and how each species’ sound is unique. Little Hikers and their caregivers will discover how frogs use wetlands like Beanblossom Bottoms to survive and why these habitats are so important for amphibians and people alike. All ages are welcome.
